SHIPPING AND PROCESSING CHARGES
Orders are normally shipped via UPS Ground or FedEx. Orders are usually processed within 48 hours after the order has been placed. The lead time for custom orders is usually three weeks.
NEED IT FASTER?
We can easily provide overnight shipping on drains we have in stock. An additional shipping fee is charged on each express order. Express orders will be processed the same day the order is received, provided the order is placed by 1 p.m. Mountain time. UPS will not guarantee next-day delivery on orders exceeding 60” in length.
Orders within the state of Colorado are subject to the state sales tax. For Colorado wholesalers and retailers, sales tax license information and tax exempt status must be submitted before the order is placed. Orders outside of Colorado are not subject to sales tax.
QuickDrain USA low-profile linear shower drains are intended for use with tile showers. Both the shower drains and the liner must be installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s published instructions and the applicable codes. Ceramic tile must comply with ANSI A137.1. Underlayment must comply with the applicable code or ANSI A118.10. Our drains are in compliance with the 2009 International Residential Code, the International Plumbing Code and the Uniform Plumbing Code. When installed in accordance with our specifications and in conjunction with local building codes, our drains carry a lifetime guarantee and warranty: any defective drain that has been properly installed will be replaced at no charge. There is no warranty on installation.
At QuickDrain USA, we strive to keep all standard items in stock. QuickDrain USA will have any custom item or out-of-stock item available for shipping within 3 to 4 weeks of the order.
QuickDrain USA accepts multiple forms of payment, including credit cards Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept checks, money orders and wire transfers. We do not accept Cash On Delivery orders or foreign checks. Cash accounts require payment at the time of purchase; credit accounts require a written Purchase Order.
NOTES ON FREIGHT DELIVERY
When your QuickDrain USA order arrives, please inspect the delivery carton for any creases, tears, dents or holes. Should any damage exist, please write the information on the face of the delivery receipt. Failure to properly notate damages will waive our right to file a claim against the carrier on your behalf.

Returns are accepted within 90 days of order ship date and are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be uninstalled, in original packaging and in resalable condition. There are no returns on custom items. Customer must request and receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number & form prior to returning product, must reference the assigned RGA number on return shipment, and include any related internal return or debit paperwork. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Stocking dealers will be allowed one stock rotation per calendar year.
Items shipped inclusively with another item and NOT included in the return will be charged back, thus reducing the amount of the credit.

We electronically verify each transaction with the credit company, processing only those orders that receive authorization. In case of a suspicious or declined transaction, QuickDrain USA may contact you to confirm the validity of the information or cancel a order with full notification.
All information provided to QuickDrain USA will only be used to respond to your requests, customize orders and complete other ordering needs. We will hold each customer’s information in a confidential manner and will not sell any information to others.
