Q. What is the lead time for delivery of your products?

A. Our objective is first and foremost to meet our customers’ site schedule needs and understand that time is of the essence, particularly when multiple trades are involved and hotel rooms are off-line. Delivering a large-scale project can be quite complicated; therefore, our approach is to work with our customers on a case-by-case basis to fit their timeline.

Q. I am a contractor or hotel owner. How can I obtain pricing for my project?

A. While we do not sell direct, we can work with you and your preferred QuickDrain dealer to establish a reasonable budgetary estimate for your project.

Q. I am unfamiliar with linear drains – how can you help?

A. We can offer personal on-site training and installation guidance for any project that requests it. We also have a dedicated team of sales and technical support personnel available to help answer any questions you may have about our products and their installation.

Q. How do I save money with your product if it is more expensive than a traditional drain?
