SLPANADA48 – Quick Slope

Slope panels designed specially for use in ADA showers. 100% recycled PET foam with a compression strength of 145 psi. This kit includes three (3) 48″x16″ prefabricated one-way sloping material pre-cut at a 2% pitch. QS30P – Quick Slope

Polypropylene honeycomb material with a compression strength of 230 psi. 30” x 30” x 1/8” to 3/4” prefabricated one-way sloping material pre-cut at a 2% pitch. Leading edge at the drain is 1/8”; trailing edge away from the drain is 3/4”. QS30P Specs

QS60SS – Quick Slope 

Polypropylene honeycomb material with a compression strength of 230 psi. 30” x 60” x 1/8: to 1-3/8” prefabricated one-way sloping material pre-cut at a 2% pitch. QS8PP – Quick Slope

Polypropylene honeycomb material with a compression strength of 230 psi. 30” x 8” x1/8” to 3/8” prefabricated one-way sloping material pre-cut at a 2% pitch. FP30P – Flat Panel

Polypropylene honeycomb material with a compression strength of 230 psi. 30” x 30” x 5/8” flat sheet with a veil for thinset adhesion. Serves as an extension for slopes or shower pans with a run larger than 30”. Quick Slope is placed on top of Flat Panel to extend the slope. FP30P Specs

FP30P1 – Flat Panel

Polypropylene honeycomb material with a compression strength of 230 psi. 30” x 30” x 1” flat sheet with a veil for thinset adhesion. Serves as a filler under Quick Slope for above-floor installations. FP30P1 Specs

FP60P1 – Flat Panel

Polypropylene honeycomb material with a compression strength of 230 psi. 30” x 60” x 1” flat sheet with a veil for thinset adhesion. Serves as a filler under Quick Slope for above-floor installations. Ideal for tub-to-shower conversions where the drain is set above the subfloor. FP60P1 Specs

FP60P3 – Flat Panel

Polypropylene honeycomb material with a compression strength of 230 psi. 30”x 60” x 3” flat sheet with a veil for thinset adhesion. Serves as a filler under Quick Slope for above-floor installations. Curb Forms

All of our curb forms are made from rigid PET foam with a compression strength of 270 psi. They can also be cut with a utility knife.

CURB3 – Curb Form – 3”

2-1/2” x 3-1/2” x 61”. Ideal for tub-to-shower conversions where the waste line is below the subfloor. CURB3 Specs

CURB5 – Curb Form – 5”

2-1/2” x 5” x 61”. Ideal for tub-to-shower conversions where there is no penetration into the subfloor and the waste line is in the chase behind the wall. CURB5 Specs

QTS39 – Waterproofing – 39” Wide

QS007 – QuickSeal Membrane Adhesive

Used to join two pieces of membrane together to create a watertight seam. QS007 Specs

QDMUS – Modified Urethane Sealant 10.2 oz.

Used to join two pieces of membrane together to create a watertight seam. Ideal for use with membrane corners and curb covers. Can also provide an easy-to-install capillary break.

Pre-formed u-shaped waterproofing membrane intended to hug wall and curb joint. QTSCC Specs

Installation Aids

PLBSS – Placement Bracket

Placement Brackets

Metal saddle for drain body which is set directly into recess in subfloor. Two brackets are used to ensure installation is level with the subfloor and to set correct distance from drain to wall. PLBSS Specs

LVBSS – Leveling Bracket – Short

Short Leveling Brackets

Metal saddle with two leveling screws, one set screw and L-shaped wall connector. For use for installations that are above the subfloor. One bracket is placed on either end of drain to keep drain parallel and set the correct distance from drain to wall. Distance between drain and wall may be set up to 3”. LVBSS Specs
